About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic collaborative and dedicated Teacher Aide/Learning Enrichment Officer (Secondary Years) to join our Secondary School Team at our Tarneit Campus.
As a Teacher Aide/Learning Enrichment Officer you will work under the direction of the Classroom teacher to support students learning and development by applying teaching and learning strategies particularly to students with learning needs including disability. You will assist the classroom teacher with the monitoring and management of student behaviour as well as undertake logistical tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the classroom or centre. You will work 1:1 or in small groups with a number of students who may exhibit behaviors of concern.
About you
You will be an existing teacher aide / learning enrichment officer or have relevant experience in supporting students in the secondary years.

- Past experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of positive behavior support approaches
- Relevant qualifications
- Commitment to the Christian Ethos of the College
- Have excellent relationship and communication skills

You will be required to complete background checks including reference checks and relevant regulatory checks
