Job Title: Salesforce Systems Specialist

Location: San Jose CA (Onsite)

Job Description:

The temp hire will provide Salesforce development administration and support services to enhance maintain and optimize our Salesforce platform.

Key responsibilities include:

• Salesforce development using Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura and Flow
• Configuration of objects fields layouts and validation rules
• Testing UAT support and deployments via change sets
• Documentation training and knowledge transfer
• Ongoing system support issue resolution and performance improvements

Deliverables will include deployed enhancements documentation support logs and training materials. The role is expected to be approximately 35-40 hours per week with a start date as soon as possible.

Ideal Candidate:

• A desirable candidate would have hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience preferably in a public-sector housing human services or similarly complex environment. They should be able to support both configuration and technical work including Flows Lightning pages objects fields validation rules reports dashboards permissions Apex Lightning Web Components Aura testing UAT support deployments troubleshooting and production support.
• We are looking for someone who holds Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator and Platform
• Developer certifications. These certifications are not required for candidates with substantial Salesforce experience; however for temporary candidates with less experience they would be highly desirable.
• The candidate should be organized responsive and able to work independently while supporting an Information Systems Analyst and Housing Department staff. Strong communication documentation customer-service and problem-solving skills are important along with the ability to translate business needs into practical Salesforce solutions maintain support logs prepare user guidance assist with training and recommend improvements to system usability and performance.
