Chief Off Grid Vehicle and Systems Engineer

Will conduct engineering research and design of heavy-duty off-road service vehicles mobile field offices and crew support units used in industrial and construction environments. Assembling building and thoroughly testing these units in the assemble and construct custom-built industrial vehicle platforms and mobile work units. Design and installation of extensive off grid electrical systemsWill design and install off-grid electrical systems supporting industrial operations. Design and building custom truck campers. Will design and install water supply storage pumping heating and waste management systems. Design fabrication and installation of interior cabinetry. Will design and fabricate durable interior structures equipment mounting solutions and modular enclosures that integrate electrical mechanical HVAC and fluid systems. Continuing with ongoing field maintenance repairs and upgrades to the fleet as Ryans company growths and takes on more extensive and challenging remote projects. Will provide ongoing maintenance repairs and system upgrades to the vehicle fleet as operational requirements evolve and projects expand. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures in a timely manner to prevent impedances of project progress. Troubleshoot mechanical electrical HVAC and fluid system failures in time-sensitive situations to prevent work stoppages and project delays. Tools Equipment and Technical Knowledge Utilized. Electrical diagnostic tools mechanical tools and fabrication equipment; HVAC and thermal system components and plumbing components designed for off-grid; rigging and lifting equipment for installation of heavy system components; specialized knowledge of off-grid power systems commercial vehicle electrical architecture thermal management fluid systems and field-deployable industrial platformsRequirements: High School/GED or foreign equivalent plus sixty (60) months of experience in the job offered and sixty (60) months of experience in years as Systems Engineer or related in Truck Campers Maintenance Technician and as Off Grid electrical systems specialist.
