Responsibilities:
Monitor live Azure applications and infrastructure 24/7 Respond to production incidents outages and alerts Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement fixes Handle incident tickets (ServiceNow/JIRA) and ensure SLA adherence
Analyze logs using Azure App Insights
Provide on-call support for critical issues
Track system health metrics and alerts
Work with development teams for bug fixes and deployments
Participate in release management and change processes
Suggest system improvements and automation opportunities
Document incidents solutions and known issues
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
Automate repetitive tasks
Improve reliability and reduce manual interventions
Implement proactive monitoring and preventive fixes
