Position: Lead II - Software Testing
Location: Dallas TX

Job Description:
Required Skills & Experience:
- Quality Engineering & Automation
- 8 12 years of experience in Quality Engineering
- Proven hands-on leadership of Agile QE teams
Strong experience with:
- Selenium
- Java
- REST API testing
- Experience with automation AI-driven quality insights
Tools & Platforms:
Cloud-based test execution platforms such as:
- LambdaTest
- Selenium Grid
- Sauce Labs (or equivalent).
Defect tracking and test management tools:
- JIRA
- qTest
- Exposure to GitLab and CI/CD tools
- Integration & Data Testing
- Strong experience in integration testing across multiple systems
- Expertise in data validation and reconciliation testing
- Ability to validate complex data flows and downstream system impacts
- Domain Knowledge (Mandatory)
- Telecom domain experience
- Strong domain knowledge in Commissions and Compensation including:
- Compensation restructuring
- Compensation transformation
- Experience across corporate finance and accounting workflows from sprint execution to production rollout
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced Agile environments
