Job Description: A leading global Investment Banking firm specializing in the Healthcare sector is seeking an experienced Associate to join their high-growth M&A team. This role involves working on complex financial mandates including mergers and acquisitions capital raising and strategic advisory for top-tier healthcare providers and IT companies.
Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Execution: Lead the execution of M&A transactions strategic advisory and capital raising mandates.

Financial Modeling: Build and manage complex financial models including DCF comparable companies and precedent transactions.

Client Materials: Develop high-quality pitch books Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs) and management presentations.

Strategic Analysis: Conduct deep-dive industry research and financial analysis within various healthcare sub-sectors.

Collaboration: Work closely with senior bankers and managing directors on business development and client-facing initiatives.
Required Qualifications:

Experience: Prior Investment Banking experience (at the Analyst or Associate level) is mandatory.

Technical Skills: Expert-level knowledge of corporate finance accounting principles and advanced financial modeling.

Domain Expertise: Healthcare industry knowledge or previous exposure to healthcare deals is highly preferred.

Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field (MBA or CFA is a plus).

Communication: Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to present complex financial data to executive-level clients.
