Senior Scrum Master Agile Transformation

Summary The Senior Scrum Master facilitates Agile delivery across cross functional teams and ensures consistent adoption of Scrum practices. This role leads Agile ceremonies removes delivery impediments and coaches teams and stakeholders on Agile principles. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in Agile transformation the ability to assume project management responsibilities and a solid understanding of Middle and Back Office functions within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies ensuring teams follow Agile values principles and frameworks.
• Identify and remove impediments to maintain steady team velocity and delivery flow.
• Coach teams product owners and business partners to strengthen Agile maturity and support enterprise level transformation initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement transparency and predictable delivery outcomes.
• Support or assume project management duties including planning tracking risk/issue management and cross team coordination.
• Collaborate with Middle and Back Office stakeholders to align delivery with operational processes regulatory expectations and business priorities.
• Provide clear communication leadership and guidance to foster a high performing collaborative team environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
• Proven experience as a Senior Scrum Master including leading Agile transformation efforts.
• Strong communication facilitation and leadership skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
• Demonstrated ability to perform or grow into Project Management responsibilities.
• Healthy working knowledge of Middle and Back Office processes (e.g. trade lifecycle settlements reconciliations operational workflows).
• Ability to work in fast paced regulated environments and partner effectively with technical and business teams.
