Job Summary
Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer
Location: Houston TX (1 position Long Term)
Location: Carrollton TX (1 position 6-12 months)
Experience: 8 20 Years
What You will Do:
- Support the execution of new product development projects. Responsibilities include:
- Developing new design 3D models of prototype components assemblies and test fixtures using SolidWorks
- Performing engineering design calculations
- Authoring and executing product validation test procedures
- Documenting results through formal test reports
- Creating design calculators to support engineering analysis
What You Will Bring:
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with all design engineering calculation (preferred but not required)
- Background in electro-mechanical systems (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with product development testing (preferred)
- Ability to work semi-autonomously with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
