Prompt Engineer (AI Strategy & Analytics)

We are seeking a Prompt Engineer who can bridge business strategy data analytics and generative AI to drive measurable outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who doesnt just write prompts but understands how to frame the right questions structure problems and turn AI outputs into actionable business insights.

You will work closely with Product Operations and Applications teams to design test and optimize prompts that power decision-making automate workflows and enhance productivity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design iterate and optimize prompts for LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT Claude) to support analytics reporting and business decision workflows

• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured prompt frameworks and AI-assisted solutions

• Build prompt-driven systems for:

• Executive reporting and narrative generation

• KPI tracking and performance analysis

• Customer insights segmentation and experimentation (A/B testing)

• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify high-impact AI use cases across different applications

• Evaluate and improve prompt performance using structured testing feedback loops and measurable success criteria

• Combine SQL/Python-based analysis with AI-generated insights to deliver end-to-end solutions

• Create reusable prompt libraries templates and best practices for internal teams

• Communicate AI-driven insights clearly to stakeholders and senior leadership

Required Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in business analytics strategy or data-driven roles

• Hands-on experience using LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT Claude) in a professional setting

• Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL Python or similar tools

• Experience designing KPI frameworks dashboards or executive reporting systems

• Ability to structure problems using hypothesis-driven or consulting-style frameworks

• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear actionable insights

• Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in financial services

• Familiarity with A/B testing cohort analysis and performance optimization

• Experience with BI tools (Power BI Tableau Looker)

• Exposure to prompt evaluation techniques guardrails and output validation

• Background in consulting frameworks (e.g. McKinsey BCG-style problem solving)
