Based on current technician pay ranges in the Maryland market we are offering highly competitive compensation for qualified candidates.

• C-Level / Entry Technicians: $28 $35 per hour
• B-Level Technicians: $35 $45 per hour
• A-Level / Master Technicians: $45 $60 per hour
• OEM-certified and diagnostic technicians move to the front of the line.

• Diagnose repair and maintain vehicles efficiently and accurately
• Perform inspections maintenance and advanced diagnostics
• Work closely with service advisors and management
• Complete repairs according to manufacturer standards
• Maintain clean and accurate repair documentation
• Stay current with evolving automotive technology and systems

• All experience levels welcome
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability preferred
• ASE and OEM certifications are a plus
• Must have a valid driver s license
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic required
