Position Details
- Position: Diagnostic Imaging Ultrasound Technologist (General / AB / OB / Small Parts)
- Location: Grand Junction CO 81505
- Facility: Community Hospital
- Shift: Days
- Schedule: Monday Thursday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM Friday: 8:30 AM 3:00 PM
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
- Pay Rate: $80/hour
Requirements
- Active certification as Ultrasound Technologist
- BLS / BCLS Certification
- ARDMS (OB) certification required
- Minimum 3 years of recent experience
- Experience in General AB OB and Small Parts ultrasound
- Strong knowledge of imaging protocols and patient care standards
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures for general abdominal OB and small parts studies
- Ensure accurate imaging and quality diagnostic results
- Prepare and position patients for procedures
- Maintain proper documentation and imaging records
- Collaborate with physicians and radiology team for patient diagnosis
- Follow safety infection control and departmental protocols
