Location: Holyoke Massachusetts
Compensation: $60/hr to $63/hr
Job Type: 13-Week Contract Night Shift

Shift: 11:00 PM 7:30 AM

Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Float Psych RN for a 13-week contract assignment at MiraVista Behavioral Health Center in Holyoke MA. This opportunity is ideal for psychiatric nurses passionate about delivering compassionate behavioral health care in a collaborative inpatient setting.

Requirements:
Active Massachusetts RN License
Minimum 1 Year of Inpatient Psych Experience
Must Be Willing to Float & Take Charge
CPR Certification Required
Behavioral Health/Substance Abuse Experience Preferred
No RTO Allowed During Assignment
Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect psychiatric patient care
Maintain a safe therapeutic environment
Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams
Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation
Document patient progress in EMR systems
