At Goodmans were looking for a skilled and motivated Project Manager who thrives on turning ideas into this role youll lead cross-functional teams manage complex projects from concept to completion and play a key part in delivering high-impact outcomes for our business and clients.

What Youll Do

As a Project Manager youll take ownership of projects end-to-endensuring theyre delivered on time within scope and on budget.

• Define project scope goals and deliverables in partnership with senior leadership and key stakeholders
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans timelines and communication strategies
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution
• Proactively manage risks dependencies and changes in scope
• Track milestones monitor progress and ensure high-quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle
• Communicate updates insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels
• Lead coach and motivate team members to drive accountability and performance
• Manage budgets resource allocation and vendor relationships
• Conduct post-project reviews to identify successes lessons learned and continuous improvements
• Help build and refine project management best practices and tools

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or a related field
• 5 years of project management experience ideally managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong background in strategic planning risk management and change management
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
• Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Proven leadership ability with a talent for building and motivating teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to stay organized focused and effective under pressure and tight deadlines
• Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with others
