Job Summary
Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Catalog Management Specialist position! This is a 6 month contract opportunity and will be hybrid in Charlotte NC (onsite Tues-Thurs). This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Set up and implement manufacturer catalogs and items in accordance with master data standards
- Create linkages between distributor data and manufacturer catalog information to maximize association accuracy
- Maintain category/subcategory structure and ensure item attributes are complete and accurate
- Identify and process corrections for duplicate or inaccurate data within manufacturer catalogs
- Present data findings to management and gather feedback
- Demonstrate understanding of invoice and transactional reporting processes
- Resolve customer challenges and ad-hoc requests
- Generate and manage reports for workload analysis
- Develop new methodologies to improve efficiency and data capture
- Maintain professional relationships with manufacturers
What Youll Need to Have:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent business experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Intermediate experience with rebate/contract management technology
- Experience with financial or trend analysis
- Supplier and customer interaction background
- Experience in purchasing/procurement and/or distribution/foodservice
- Minimal travel required (typically to the corporate office in Charlotte)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and adaptability to change
- Collaborative team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service focus and high ethical standards
Pay Range: $20-$23/hr
