Attractive Salary and Remuneration rate from $38.65 ph to $41.45ph base with penalty rates and allowances.
About the Role:
As the Team Leader you will play a vital role in supporting participants with complex behaviours ensuring they receive consistent person-centred care in a safe engaging and supportive environment. Youll lead a dedicated team provide hands-on support and help shape a service thats as unique and vibrant as the people we support.
Key Responsibilities:
Working a flexible roster including day supports sleepovers and weekend shifts
Supporting participants in day to day activities and providing person-centred active care
Leading and mentoring a passionate team of support workers
Designing and implementing activities to support participant goals
Coordinating care plans documentation and participant goals
Collaborating with families stakeholders and your service coordination team

What Were Looking For:
- Previous experience in disability or community services (Team Leader experience is a bonus)
- A strong understanding of behaviour supports
- Flexibility to work a combination of day and sleepover shifts including weekends
- A creative mindset and a passion for participant engagement
- A values-driven leader who thrives in a collaborative environment
