DESCRIPTION:
As an HR partner at Thermo Fisher Scientific youll support strategic initiatives that enable our mission of making the world healthier cleaner and safer. Working in a collaborative global environment youll provide comprehensive HR leadership that helps shape our culture built on our 4i values: Integrity Intensity Innovation and Involvement. Youll work closely with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that attract develop engage and retain talent while driving organizational effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree required; Minimum of 5 years of experience in progressive HR preferably in a global matrix organization
Preferred Fields of Study: Human Resources Business Administration or related field
Professional HR certifications (e.g. SHRM CIPD) advantageous
Strong knowledge of employment laws HR policies and best practices
Experience in performance management employee relations compensation and organizational development
Excellent consulting coaching and collaboration skills to work effectively with leaders at all levels
Strong analytical and data-driven decision making capabilities
Project management skills and ability to coordinate complex HR initiatives
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Experience supporting organizational change and transformation initiatives
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
Business acumen and strategic mindset
Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
Fluent English required; additional language skills valued
Problem-solving skills with ability to navigate complex situations
Experience building professional relationships across all organizational levels
Experience in manufacturing/scientific industry preferred
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $95000.00$125000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
