Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Manager located in Klamath Falls OR. The Human Resource Manager will oversee and execute HR operations including employee relations recruitment and onboarding performance management and compliance. They will develop and implement HR policies foster a positive workplace culture and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The role also involves actively collaborating with leadership and supporting employee development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Employee Relations Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
- Proficiency in Performance Management Policy Development and HR Compliance Annual Reporting
- Strong skills in Organizational Development Training and Employee Engagement
- Knowledge of HR Information Systems (HRIS) and workplace regulations including Labor Laws for several states ACA OPFL
- Exceptional communication problem-solving and leadership abilities
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- HR Certification (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar HR leadership role is required - at least 5 years of experience
- Oversee training payroll and benefits
- Workers Compensation administration
- Benefits Management
- 401K administration
- UI Hearings and BOLI claims
- Responsible for employees in Oregon Idaho California Washington Texas Montana Georgia Arizona Kansas and Nevada
