Alliance Clinic Coordinator

Join RediMed Building a Healthier More Resilient Australia as our Alliance Clinic Coordinator based out of our Belmont clinic reporting to our Product Manager. We have one role available with flexibility for full or part-time to be discussed if successful.

About the Role

This role supports the coordination and delivery of pre-employment medical and occupational health services across RediMeds alliance clinic network ensuring services are delivered efficiently and inline with agreed service levels.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as a key point of contact between RediMed and Alliance partners
• Monitoring turnaround times KPIs and Service Agreements
• Supporting quality assurance audits and compliance activities
• Identifying opportunities to expand alliance network improve processes and service delivery
• Assisting with the coordination of bookings follow-ups and service delivery with Alliance clinics
