About the Role
This role supports the coordination and delivery of pre-employment medical and occupational health services across RediMeds alliance clinic network ensuring services are delivered efficiently and inline with agreed service levels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a key point of contact between RediMed and Alliance partners
- Monitoring turnaround times KPIs and Service Agreements
- Supporting quality assurance audits and compliance activities
- Identifying opportunities to expand alliance network improve processes and service delivery
- Assisting with the coordination of bookings follow-ups and service delivery with Alliance clinics
