Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute sales & business development strategies
  • Lead and manage sales team to achieve challenging targets
  • Handle and maintain relationships with VIP & large accounts
  • Monitor sales pipeline and ensure strong business conversion
  • Drive effective implementation of CRM and sales systems
  • Coach and enable sales staff to improve performance and productivity
  • Prepare sales reports forecasting and business updates for management

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management within service-based and B2B companies
  • Strong experience managing multiple sales staff with aggressive sales targets
  • Good understanding of sales process CRM systems and pipeline management
  • Strong leadership communication and negotiation skills
  • English proficiency is a must (daily conversational/business usage)
  • Willing to work full time from office in Central Jakarta
