About the Company
Geekhunter is recruiting on behalf of our client an Indonesian company engaged in the manufacturing distribution and trading of office stationery and filing products.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the material warehouse team (3–5 staff) to ensure smooth daily operations and target achievement.
- Conduct annual and monthly workload analysis including manpower and equipment planning to support operational efficiency.
- Oversee material planning order execution and shipment control to ensure timely delivery and operational effectiveness.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and maintain optimal stock levels to minimize discrepancies and material shortages.
- Manage inbound and outbound material processes ensuring consistency between system records and physical inventory.
- Supervise material inventory management including proper documentation and reporting.
- Manage consignment materials including tracking reconciliation and stock monitoring.
- Ensure timely and accurate material distribution to production and related departments.
- Develop implement and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to warehouse and material management.
- Monitor departmental KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
- Lead coach and develop team members to improve capability discipline and productivity.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments such as Production Procurement PPIC and Finance to ensure operational alignment.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in material warehouse or inventory management within a large manufacturing company.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role with team handling experience (3–5 members).
- Strong knowledge of semi-finished goods warehouse management including inbound outbound stock control and inventory accuracy.
- Experience in manufacturing companies with a Chinese-funded enterprise background is preferred.
- Familiar with SAP/ERP systems and warehouse management processes.
- Strong leadership problem-solving and operational management skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple operational priorities.
- Good communication and coordination skills across departments.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
