Hiring: Area Collection Manager – Mortgages

Location - Jaipur
Industry- Leading Bank

We are hiring an experienced professional for the role of Area Collection Manager – Mortgages to manage collections delinquency control and portfolio performance across the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle collections for Mortgage/LAP portfolio
Manage overdue and delinquent accounts
Ensure resolution of customer queries and repayment follow-ups
Coordinate with field teams and agencies for collections efficiency
Monitor portfolio health and minimize NPAs
Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines

Eligibility:

Experience in Mortgage/LAP collections preferred
Strong knowledge of collection strategies and portfolio management
Good communication and team handling skills
Ability to manage field operations effectively
6 Years of experience in Mortgages Collection .
