Position Summary
TheOutpatient Management Leadis accountable for shaping and scaling the companysoutpatient/ambulatory value propositionacross countries. The role drives a structured approach toidentifyand implement opportunities to shift suitable procedures and patient pathways to outpatient settingscombining clinical pathway design operational excellence and economic value case development.
In close collaboration withcountry teamsand crossfunctional partners (medical marketing analytics finance operations legal/compliance) the rolecocreatessolutions with customers and develops a scalablevalue propositionto enable adoption at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Outpatient Value Proposition & Modular Models (Clinical Business)
- Own and evolve the outpatient managementvalue propositionand modularclinical/operating modelsthat countries can adapt
- Translate strategy intopractical playbooks(model selection prerequisites implementation steps success metrics)
- Capture country learnings and continuouslyimprovemodels tools and templates
Opportunity Identification & Prioritization
- Identifyand size outpatient opportunities across countries and priority procedure areas
- Run a standardizedintake and prioritizationacross countries target sites and partnership objectives
- Maintain a simplepipeline view(value effort timing) and support decisionmaking on where to invest
- Align countries and crossfunctional partners on opportunity hypotheses data needs and next steps
Country Execution Scaleup & Growth Delivery
- Partner withcountry leadersto select target sitesand cocreatepathway changes; support scaleup across accounts
- Defineoutcome measuresand build pragmaticeconomic value casesto steer delivery anddemonstrateimpact
- Createevidence packagesand case studiesto support credibility and scaling
- Package the offer andenable countries(tools talk tracks coaching) to drive adoption and pipelineinitiatives
