Additional Pay

• Night Shift Differential: $4.75/hour
• Weekend Differential: $3.00/hour

Sign-On Bonus

• $10000 (Day Shift)
• $15000 (Night Shift)

Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient-centered care in an acute care hospital setting. The RN will be responsible for assessing planning implementing and evaluating patient care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe high-quality outcomes. This role also involves patient and family education and adherence to established clinical standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to medical-surgical patients
• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor document and communicate patient status and clinical updates
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and care documentation
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and medications
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies procedures and patient safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida or compact license (Florida eligibility within 90 days of hire)
• Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Prior acute care hospital experience required
• Strong clinical judgment critical thinking and communication skills
• Recent LTAC experience not accepted
