Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day IT operations of a reputed organization in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems infrastructure networks and applications while supporting business operations through effective technology management.

The role requires strong technical expertise leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple IT projects and operational requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily IT operations and support functions.

• Lead and coordinate IT technicians and support staff.

• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure systems servers and applications.

• Ensure smooth operation of wireless networks and internal IT systems.

• Perform system administration troubleshooting and technical support.

• Monitor system backups antivirus updates and IT security measures.

• Maintain install and support computer hardware software and peripherals.

• Track and document IT system breakdowns repairs and upgrades.

• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for technical support and procurement.

• Maintain records of software licenses and IT assets.

• Recommend hardware/software upgrades and technology improvements.

• Ensure security of logical and physical IT infrastructure.

• Support strategic IT initiatives and ongoing technology enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT operations preferably within the hospitality industry.

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Network Administration

  • System Administration

  • Database Management

  • Hardware & Software Troubleshooting

  • IT Security & Infrastructure
