IT Manager

As an IT Manager here at Honeywell youll hold a pivotal leadership position within our Information Technology function. You will report directly to our title and youll work out of our City State location on a Hybrid On-site Remote work schedule.

• Oversee the daytoday operations of the IT department including infrastructure management network administration and user support
• Develop and implement IT policies procedures and standards to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data
• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals providing guidance support and mentorship
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement IT solutions that support business objectives
• Monitor and evaluate IT performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
• Stay uptodate with the latest technology trends and advancements recommending innovative solutions to enhance IT capabilities

• 6 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles including people management.
• Proven track record of managing IT teams and budgets effectively.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Excellent leadership communication and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully leading technology projects to completion.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards in relevant industries.
