Location: Phoenix Arizona (Hybrid 4 days on-site)

Compensation: $140000 $160000

The Kostelic Agency has been engaged on a search for a Regional Controller with a fast-growing multi-entity platform experiencing significant expansion through acquisitions.

This organization is scaling from $150M with a clear path toward $500M in the coming years creating a highly dynamic environment for accounting and finance professionals who want more than a traditional maintenance role.

What Youll Own

This Regional Controller will oversee accounting operations across multiple business units within a defined region supporting both day-to-day execution and ongoing integration efforts tied to growth initiatives.

Key areas of focus include:

• Oversight of AP AR billing and revenue processes
• Leading and developing a small accounting team
• Supporting integration of newly acquired entities
• Strengthening internal controls and improving processes
• Partnering with operational leadership to drive performance and accountability
• Supporting audit and compliance efforts

The Profile

• Bachelors degree in Accounting
• Experience within multi-entity multi-location environments
• Background in public accounting and/or private equity-backed companies is highly valued
• Strong operational accounting foundation with leadership experience
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to operate with minimal oversight
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced evolving environment
