Job Summary

We are the areas largest 3rd party Commercial Real Estate and Property Management Firm focused in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan.
We are seeking aProperty Manager based out of our premier downtown Toledo offices.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Property Manager is responsible formanaging daily property operations and handling tenant relations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential functions include but are not limited to the following:
Manages and supervises the administration improvement maintenance and general operations of assigned properties.
Develops and maintains budgets and financial reporting for assigned properties.
Designs schedules and coordinates general upkeep major repairs remodeling or construction projectsworking with the maintenance team or vendors as the project requires.
Ensures fees are collected including monthly assessments rentals deposits insurance taxes and other operating expenses.
Acts as a liaison between owners tenants and vendors.
Maintains property records including rental or usage activity maintenance and operating costspermits and property availability.
Ensures tenants visitors and the community are advised of and adhere to propertyguidelines rules and regulations.
Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position may have supervisory responsibilities over Junior Property Managersand/or Site Managersto include hiringtrainingsupporting and motivating their direct reports while supervising and delegating property management related tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

A bachelors degree inbusiness accounting real estate finance or a related field is preferred.
Real estate license and fair housing training.
Certified as aACoMthrough IREMis preferred.
At leastTen(10)years of property management experience is required.
Basic understanding of the materials methods and tools used to construct and repair buildings and infrastructure of properties.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
