About the Role
Were looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team during an exciting phase of this role youll be responsible for helping define how we hire who we hire and how our teams are built as we expand working closely with cross-functional partners to support business objectives while upholding our standards for excellence collaboration and impact.
What Youll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting for senior and highly specialized technical roles including software engineering infrastructure systems hardware AI/ML and leadership positions
Partner closely with engineering product and executive leadership to understand hiring needs define role requirements and build scalable hiring plans aligned with company growth
Proactively source and engage top technical talent through creative and data-driven strategies including direct sourcing referrals events and networking
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by running structured transparent and efficient interview processes from first contact through offer close
Drive offer strategy and negotiations partnering with leadership to close senior-level candidates in a competitive market
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
7 years of experience in technical recruiting with a proven track record of hiring senior and highly specialized technical talent in fast-growing or high-performance environments
Deep experience recruiting for complex technical roles such as software engineering infrastructure systems hardware AI/ML or other hard-to-fill specialties
Strong sourcing expertise including direct outreach talent mapping and building pipelines in competitive markets
Excellent judgment in evaluating technical and non-technical candidates with the ability to assess skills potential and cultural alignment
Experience managing full-cycle recruiting from role kickoff through offer negotiation and close with consistent delivery in high-volume or high-urgency scenarios
Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to improve process efficiency and hiring outcomes
