We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead Architect to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions within a complex retail ecosystem. This role focuses on enabling omnichannel customer experiences integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems and driving innovation across the Salesforce platform.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

1. Salesforce Solution Architecture
Lead architecture and design of Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture
Design integrations with Oracle Retail BI platforms eCommerce systems and mobile applications
Oversee implementation of Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud Commerce Cloud and custom apps
2. Retail-Specific Salesforce Expertise
Architect solutions to enhance customer engagement loyalty and personalization
Integrate Salesforce with in-store systems CRM tools and retail applications
Support retail processes such as inventory order management and marketing automation
3. Omni-Channel Strategy
Design omnichannel solutions across eCommerce mobile and in-store platforms
Integrate Salesforce with customer touchpoints (portals POS systems mobile apps)
4. Leadership and Mentorship
Lead and mentor Salesforce developers admins and technical teams
Provide architectural guidance and ensure adherence to best practices
Drive scalable and maintainable solution delivery
5. Integrations and Data Management
Design integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems (Oracle Retail BI AWS)
Ensure data integrity synchronization and security
Optimize data management processes
6. Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with business marketing retail and IT stakeholders
Present solutions and architecture to senior leadership
Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
7. Innovation and Future Readiness
Stay updated with Salesforce features and industry trends
Drive adoption of AI ML and automation within Salesforce
Recommend and implement future-ready solutions

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

10 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation
Minimum 5 years in a Lead Architect role
Strong expertise in Salesforce Clouds:
Sales Cloud
Service Cloud
Marketing Cloud
Commerce Cloud
Field Service Cloud
Extensive experience in Retail / Wholesale domain
Proven experience in Salesforce integrations with:
Oracle Retail
eCommerce platforms
Mobile applications
BI tools
AWS cloud services
Strong experience in Omnichannel solution design
Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
