Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Blockchain Test Engineer with strong experience in software testing and blockchain technologies.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing smart contracts decentralized applications (DApps) and blockchain platforms ensuring security performance and reliability of blockchain-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

Test Planning & Execution

• Design and execute:
  • Test strategies
  • Test plans
  • Test cases
• Validate blockchain-based applications and systems

Blockchain & Smart Contract Testing

• Test smart contracts written in:
  • Solidity / Vyper
• Validate:
  • Business logic
  • Security vulnerabilities
  • Gas optimization

DApp & Platform Testing

• Perform:
  • Functional testing
  • Integration testing
  • Regression testing
  • Performance testing
• Test blockchain platforms and decentralized applications

Blockchain Network Testing

• Validate:
  • Node setup and configuration
  • Consensus mechanisms
  • Transaction lifecycle

API & Integration Testing

• Conduct API testing using:
  • Postman / REST tools
• Validate integrations between:
  • On-chain and off-chain systems

Defect Management

• Identify log and track:
  • Bugs and defects
• Work closely with developers to:
  • Resolve and retest issues

Security & Compliance Testing

• Perform:
  • Vulnerability assessments
  • Basic penetration testing
• Ensure compliance with:
  • Security standards and best practices

CI/CD & DevOps Collaboration

• Work with CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for:
  • Continuous testing and deployment

UAT & Production Support

• Support:
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Production validation
  • Post-deployment monitoring

Required Skills

QA & Testing

• Strong experience in:
  • Software testing (Manual/Automation)
• Test case design & execution

Blockchain Technologies

• Experience with platforms:
  • Ethereum / Polygon / BSC / Hyperledger / Corda

Smart Contract Testing

• Solidity / Vyper
• Security and gas optimization

Tools

• Truffle
• Hardhat
• Ganache
• Remix
• Foundry

API Testing

• Postman / REST clients

DevOps

• CI/CD pipelines
• Agile / Scrum methodologies

Automation (Good to Have)

• Selenium / automation frameworks

Experience Required

• 4-8 years of experience in:
  • QA / Software Testing
• Experience in:
  • Blockchain testing (mandatory)

Preferred Skills

• Security testing in blockchain
• Experience in:
  • DApps development/testing
• Knowledge of:
  • Smart contract auditing
