Job Info:
Multiple foreman positions available across both production and service divisions. Production foremen lead crews on new construction installations and re-roofing projects overseeing project completion from start to finish. Service foremen manage maintenance programs emergency repairs and smaller commercial projects. Both roles offer opportunities for entry-level foremen ready to step into leadership as well as senior positions for experienced supervisors. Ensure quality workmanship safety compliance and crew development while maintaining exceptional standards throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
Requirements:
- Commercial roofing experience with leadership potential or proven supervisory skills (all experience levels considered)
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and quality workmanship standards
- Ability to lead crews communicate effectively and work in various weather conditions throughout Maryland
