- ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud)
- OTL (Oracle Time & Labor)
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Oracle HCM modules based on business requirements
- Work on Fast Formulas HDL/HSDL BI Reports OTBI
- Data migration using HDL
- Configure Workflows Approval rules
- Integrations with third-party systems (API / SOAP / REST)
- Customize reports and dashboards
- Provide production support and enhancements
- Conduct client workshops and requirement gathering
- Follow Oracle implementation best practices
