We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR and HCM modules to implement configure and support enterprise HR solutions.

ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud)
OTL (Oracle Time & Labor)

Responsibilities

Implement and configure Oracle HCM modules based on business requirements
Work on Fast Formulas HDL/HSDL BI Reports OTBI
Data migration using HDL
Configure Workflows Approval rules
Integrations with third-party systems (API / SOAP / REST)
Customize reports and dashboards
Provide production support and enhancements
Conduct client workshops and requirement gathering
Follow Oracle implementation best practices
