Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops to collect and document business requirements mapping them to SAP functional processes.
Process Analysis: Perform detailed business process analysis across R2R P2P and O2C workstreams.
Master Data Management: Lead initiatives related to Vendor and Customer Master Data ensuring accuracy and consistency within the SAP environment.
Solution Design: Partner with technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications and evaluate solution options (ECC or S/4HANA).
Quality Assurance: Manage testing cycles including the creation of test plans test scripts and overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Impact Assessment: Conduct detailed assessments for upstream and downstream Non-SAP systems connected to the SAP ERP.

Required Skills & Experience:

Total Experience: Minimum of 9-12 years of overall IT experience.
SAP Expertise: At least 7 years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant or Business Analyst.
Domain Knowledge: Deep functional knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules (ECC or S/4HANA) and their integration with other modules.
Client Context: Prior experience as a Business Analyst within Client specifically on Vendor and Customer Master Data projects is highly preferred.
Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile delivery and the use of tools like JIRA for requirement tracking.
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce Engineering or a related field.
