What Youll Do Design & Deploy - Engineer and implement wired and wireless network systems across enterprise and industrial environments
- Conduct site surveys diagnostics and installation validation
- Troubleshoot performance using tools like AirMagnet and Ekahau
- Work with core networking protocols: TCP/IP VLANs Wi-Fi standards
Innovate & Build - Partner with Solutions Architects and Project Managers to design and test prototype systems
- Help develop installation guides and deployment strategies
- Evaluate emerging technologies and support field-level testing
Integrate Hardware - Collaborate with OEMs on advanced hardware integrations
- Support technologies like CANbus Modbus telematics and fleet safety systems
- Lead pilot programs and help bring new solutions to market
Engage & Lead - Act as a customer-facing technical expert during deployments and troubleshooting
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear solutions
- Collaborate across teams to ensure successful system implementation
How Youll Make an Impact Your success will be measured by your ability to: - Deliver reliable scalable system designs
- Execute successful pilot programs and deployments
- Build strong partnerships with customers and internal teams
What You Bring - Bachelors degree in Electrical Network Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2 years designing/supporting wired and wireless networks
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP VLANs routing & switching
- Experience with RF/wireless principles and site surveys
- Understanding of hardware integration or embedded systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid drivers license & ability to travel extensively
Preferred - Certifications: CCNA CWNA or similar
- Experience with OEM integrations or telematics systems
- Familiarity with CANbus/Modbus communication
- Hands-on troubleshooting with diagnostic tools
- Experience with platforms like Salesforce
Work Environment - Remote-based with up to 80% nationwide travel
- Work across diverse environments: warehouses data centers outdoor sites
- Hands-on role involving climbing lifting (50 lbs) and field equipment use
- Flexible schedule including evenings/weekends as needed
