What Youll Do

Design & Deploy

Engineer and implement wired and wireless network systems across enterprise and industrial environments
Conduct site surveys diagnostics and installation validation
Troubleshoot performance using tools like AirMagnet and Ekahau
Work with core networking protocols: TCP/IP VLANs Wi-Fi standards

Innovate & Build

Partner with Solutions Architects and Project Managers to design and test prototype systems
Help develop installation guides and deployment strategies
Evaluate emerging technologies and support field-level testing

Integrate Hardware

Collaborate with OEMs on advanced hardware integrations
Support technologies like CANbus Modbus telematics and fleet safety systems
Lead pilot programs and help bring new solutions to market

Engage & Lead

Act as a customer-facing technical expert during deployments and troubleshooting
Translate complex technical concepts into clear solutions
Collaborate across teams to ensure successful system implementation

How Youll Make an Impact

Execute successful pilot programs and deployments
Build strong partnerships with customers and internal teams

What You Bring

Bachelors degree in Electrical Network Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
2 years designing/supporting wired and wireless networks
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP VLANs routing & switching
Experience with RF/wireless principles and site surveys
Understanding of hardware integration or embedded systems
Excellent communication skills
Valid drivers license & ability to travel extensively

Preferred

Certifications: CCNA CWNA or similar
Experience with OEM integrations or telematics systems
Familiarity with CANbus/Modbus communication
Hands-on troubleshooting with diagnostic tools
Experience with platforms like Salesforce

Work Environment

Remote-based with up to 80% nationwide travel
Work across diverse environments: warehouses data centers outdoor sites
Hands-on role involving climbing lifting (50 lbs) and field equipment use
Flexible schedule including evenings/weekends as needed
