Digital Content Creator (Long-Form Video)

Were seeking a creator to produce engaging content capturing real-time on-the-ground moments across events and experiences throughout the destination. This role is ideal for someone who is quick creative and confident shooting and editing on the addition to the requirements below this position specializes in shooting and editing long-form video content with a primary focus on YouTube and podcast segments.

The Role:
The Digital Content Creator will brainstorm develop and generate content via video photo social media posts etc. to enhance engagement and bring to life the LVCVAs creative vision across leisure business and internal channels.

What Youll Accomplish:

• Create compelling content and cover events while maintaining alignment with the destinations brand voice tone and high-quality standards.
• Execute all aspects of video and photo production including pre-production on-site content capture audio lighting and the delivery of final assets.
• Identify and share real-time opportunities for the brand to engage with.
• Work hand-in-hand with internal teams and the social agency of record to ensure the content aligns with the brands social cultural and marquee event programming.
• Explore and initiate content collaborations with marquee event partners influencers etc. to produce engaging content to reach new audiences and expand the influence of the brand.

What Were Looking For:

• High School diploma required a bachelors degree in Marketing Film Graphic Design or related field is preferred
• Demonstrated experience in digital media with a professional portfolio to showcase past work
• Comfortable capturing both photos and video whether on an iPhone or mirrorless camera
• Dynamic photo/video editing skills using Adobe Suite CapCut or other programs
• Awareness of digital/social media trends technology and best practices
• Possess a fervor for storytelling that is both dynamic and unconventional
• Able to draft authentic and engaging copy across all digital platforms
• Able to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Highly creative collaborative positive and proactive
• Demonstrates a commitment to valuing differences among individuals and being inclusive
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to pitch and explain creative ideas effectively
• Able to work varying shifts including nights weekends and some holidays
