What you bring to SBHG (qualifications):
Education:
Enrolled in a practicum course at an accredited MA MS MSW program.
Licensing:
Valid California Drivers License and current automobile insurance and must maintain a driving record that meets the company drivers eligibility policy.
How you will make a difference (job overview):
Under direct supervision by the Clinical Supervisor the Practicum Student will be primarily responsibility for providing mental health services and case management services to children or adolescents and their families referred to Community Services. Services may include engagement assessment evaluation individual/family/group therapy and case management. The position acts as liaison with external agencies and functions on teams with other clinical and support addition the position documents and bills for mental health and case management services and completes outcomes information.
Division/Program Overview:
- Works with clients ages 6-18.
- Telehealth community clinic and home-based services.
- Variety of metal health issues addressed.
- Provides services to clients throughout Santa Clara County.
