As demand for our professional robotic solutions continues to grow Husqvarna is strengthening its aftermarket and customer support organization. We are now looking for a Service Specialist to join our Pro Sales organization in Sweden and support the continued growth of our autonomous turf care this role you will combine technical expertise troubleshooting and customer support while working closely with dealers and end customers to deliver great product experiences.

About the role:

As a Service Specialist within Pro Robotic you will provide technical and service support for Husqvarnas professional autonomous turf care products. You will work closely with our Pro dealer network end customers and internal support teams to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This is a remote role and you can be based in Gothenburg Stockholm Växjö or elsewhere in Sweden. The role involves significant field work and you should expect 30 overnight stays per year. The role requires a methodical mindset and the ability to think logically and systematically.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Technical support and servicing of autonomous turf care products in the field
  • Supporting the Pro dealer network with troubleshooting and service
  • Conducting technical and service training sessions
  • Product demonstrations and customer onboarding
  • Training dealers and end customers in product concepts
  • Handling warranty claims and advanced troubleshooting
  • Collaborating with internal business functions global tech support and customers
  • Extensive regional travel including overnight stays when required
  • Occasional international travel for training purposes

The role involves outdoor work in varying weather conditions and combines hands-on technical work with customer interaction.

About you:

You are technically skilled service-minded and enjoy solving problems in a customer-focused environment. You are curious proactive and comfortable working independently while building strong relationships with customers and partners.

You thrive in a hands-on role where no two days are the same and have the ability to see the bigger picture when identifying customer solutions.

Your skills and background

  • Minimum 5 years of experience within electrics or a related technical field
  • Relevant technical qualification and/or hands-on experience
  • Experience in troubleshooting and field service work
  • Good understanding of customer experience within sales and aftersales
  • Experience conducting technical training is an advantage
  • Experience working with robotic mowers or robotic products is an advantage
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
  • Full clean driving license including VAN driving eligibility
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region including overnight stays

This position can be placed in several places such as Gothenburg Stockholm Småland or Skåne.
