Youre proactive creative and commercially mindedwith the ability to balance big-picture thinking and detail. Youre equally comfortable planning a campaign coordinating logistics on the groundand analysing performance afterwards.

What would your day to day look like

Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager you will play a key role in delivering the Centres marketing strategy and enhancing the overall customer experience. You will be responsible for coordinating campaigns executing activations managing digital channels and driving retailer engagementensuring everything we deliver is on-brand commercially focused and executed to a high standard. This is an opportunity to make a visible impact contribute ideas and be part of a centre undergoing continued evolution and growth.

What Youll Be Doing

• Delivering integrated marketing campaigns from concept through to execution
• Managing and growing digital channels including social media EDMs app and website
• Creating engaging content and maintaining a strong consistent online presence
• Supporting the delivery of centre activations events and community initiatives
• Coordinating in-centre marketing touchpoints including digital screens signage and promotional collateral
• Driving retailer engagement and participation in campaigns
• Monitoring campaign performance and providing insights to improve outcomes
• Supporting the overall customer experience through high-quality execution of all initiatives.

Are you someone with

• Experience in marketing retail events or a similar environment;
• Tertiary qualifications in marketing communications or a related discipline (desirable but not required);
• Strong digital marketing capability across social media EDM and CMS platforms;
• A creative mindset with the ability to turn ideas into execution.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities;
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders;
• Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft Office (Word Excel and Outlook); and
• A high level of attention to detail and pride in delivering quality outcomes.
