Prism Placements and this entrepreneurial property management solutions provider are looking for a Leasing Specialist to be the key point of contact for client relationship building lease extension negotiations and ensuring seamless transitions throughout the client lifecycle.

Duties & Responsibilities

Experience & Requirements:

Relevant B-degree.
Min 5yrs plus experience in the property or hospitality sector where youve dealt extensively with clients and their property needs/queries across Gauteng.
Proven client relations retentions and renewal experience within the property sector.
Excellent Afrikaans and English communication skills essential.
Will be travelling to sites across Gauteng
Property logistics or hospitality industry experience a MUST.

Remuneration:

R420K C.T.C. per annum plus travel costs
