Job Summary
Zoot Enterprises LLC is looking to hire a Global Human Resources Manager at their Bozeman Montana office. The Global Human Resources Manager position helps advance and support employee relations manage and execute initiatives within the various employee functions that support our staff and will shape and advise the global HR function and HR infrastructure on new and expanding regions. Occasional statewide national or international travel is required to attend meetings and conferences.
Specifically the Global Human Resources Manager will:
- Execute assigned Human Resources functions such as:
- Participating in employee onboarding processes explaining company personnel performance management policies benefits and procedures;
- Administering employee benefits programs;
- Compiling preparing processing verifying and maintaining personnel and training related documentation records and reports;
- Developing and delivering employee manager and company-focused curriculum and training programs;
- Participating in annual job description review employee recognition efforts and corporate and community social events; and
- Acting as a payroll back-up to accounting as needed.
- Assist to Expand and Manage Company HR by:
- Supporting and building HR functions in new markets;
- Tracking performance and optimizing ongoing strategies;
- Assisting and advising in the development and implementation of Zoots Global HR strategies and acting as Global HR Liaison to existing regional HR Teams;
- Leading assisting and supporting cross-border HR projects; and
- Ensuring global and company compliance with all Federal State and Global employment laws.
- Assist to Manage and Expand Recruitment by:
- Executing Zoots recruitment strategy by developing new and creative recruitment pathways and managing Zoots applicant tracking system;
- Working with hiring managers to train on recruitment creation of job descriptions review processes and development of job postings; and
- Assisting in advertisement of positions and interview processes and participating in full cycle recruitment of positions and hiring decisions.
The position requires a Bachelors degree in Business Management Human Resources or a related field. A successful candidate must have six (6) months of experience as a Human Resources Manager or Business Operations Manager or related occupation which includes six (6) months of experience in the following:
- Recruitment and onboarding of employees;
- Serving on hiring committees;
- New hire orientation and training;
- Payroll administration and reconciliation;
- Business planning for HR operations and advising on organizational development; and
- Work with HRIS systems.
Salary Amount/Range $102627/year.
