Description
We are seeking an IT Manager to join our dynamic team in New York NY. Responsibilities
*Manage and oversee daily IT operations
*Implement ITIL best practices to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
*Coordinate and manage IT projects from inception to completion.
*Administer and maintain Windows Server VMware and database systems.
*Ensure network security and troubleshoot networking issues as they arise.
*Prepare reports and presentations for management on IT performance and project progress.
*Provide technical support to users across the organization.
*Stay updated on emerging technologies and suggest ways to improve our IT infrastructure.
Requirements
*Minimum of 1 year experience in an IT management role.
*Proficient in ITIL project management and relevant technical skills.
*Strong knowledge of Windows Server VMware SQL and networking protocols.
*Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
*Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
*Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
*Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
