KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the clients in the Fire industry
  • Conduct on-site product demonstrations
  • Generate new business through prospecting cold calling networking and lead generation efforts
  • Manage and grow an established sales territory including Marin San Francisco San Mateo Santa Clara and Santa Cruz counties
  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored product solutions
  • Track market trends competitor activity and customer feedback to maximize sales opportunities
  • Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Collaborate with internal team including marketing operations and customer support to deliver exceptional service
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using CRM systems

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous outside sales or direct sales experience required
  • Experience within the fire safety PPE industrial or first responder industry preferred
  • Strong prospecting lead generation and territory management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Comfortable conducting presentations and product demonstrations
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
  • CRM experience is considered an asset
