Territory Sales Manager

• Develop and grow a book of business within the trade community (interior designers architects electrical contractors custom builders GCs)
• Plan and conduct lunch & learn presentations for design firms architecture studios and contractor teams to showcase new products and trends
• Represent the company at industry events trade shows and networking functions to build brand visibility and expand your professional network
• Provide expert product recommendations across a wide range of lighting fixtures fans LEDs controls and specialty products
• Collaborate with clients on residential and commercial projects from concept through completion
• Stay current on lighting trends new product launches and emerging technologies through ongoing training
• Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering an exceptional client experience

Qualifications :

• Two (2)  years of sales experience ideally in lighting home furnishings building materials or a related trade-focused industry
• Existing relationships within the South Florida design and build community are a strong plus
• Passion for design and a genuine interest in lighting as a craft
• Self-motivated organized and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A valid drivers license and clear driving record are required a COMPANY VEHICLE will be provided.
