Job Description:
At Ascentium Capital the Titling Specialist is responsible for title estimates Vin searches preparing title packages for DMVs or title agencies and following up on post-closing items and proper stacking of Loan/Lease files as well as the day to day support of the entire Loan/Lease Closing department (Documentation Audit and Funding).

Primary Responsibilities
- Conducts Verbal Verifications on title estimates with customers
- Conducts Vin searches when necessary
- Calls DMVs to get more information on a State
- Handles the scanning of documents
- Retrieves scans and delivers mail
- Handles UPS shipments when necessary
- Receives and distributes packages
- Maintains reports and follows up on title processing
- Calls customers to inquire about the status of a title
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) year of customer service experience

- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to learn additional systems as needed
- Ability to research analyze data and derive facts
- Ability to work in a team environment when applicable
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and proof-reading skills
- Strong verbal written communication and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English Highly Preferred
This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidates qualifications and relevant experience.

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience skills knowledge contribution job location and most importantly performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.
The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.
