Raytheon is seeking an experienced financial and supply chain professional for The Standard Missile 3 (SM-3) team to join the SM-3 IB program as a Financial Material Program Manager located onsite in Tucson Arizona. This role will focus on managing Material Sales Forecasting Prime Performance Based Payment (PBP) forecasting and Material Estimate at Completes (EACs).

We are looking for a self-starter who can develop and achieve program objectives in a matrixed environment and is able to successfully interface with functional and program leadership to drive financial and material this role you will act as a key liaison between Supply Chain Finance and the Program Team ensuring alignment with program objectives and financial goals.

The successful candidate will influence and communicate effectively across multiple areas outside of ones own job function as well as with parties external to the organization.

What You Will Do:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Material Sales Forecasting Prime PBP Forecasting and Material EACs ensuring accurate tracking forecasting and reporting.
  • Perform CAM duties including cost and schedule management variance analysis and earned value management for assigned control accounts.
  • Collaborate with program and customer leadership teams to brief on material status financial performance constraints and risk mitigation or opportunity capture plans.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of timely and compliant quarterly EACs including risk and opportunity management.
  • Facilitate supplier engagements and reviews to ensure both financial and performance objectives are achieved.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of supply chain activities with financial and programmatic goals.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience
  • Experience with financial reporting and forecasting.
  • Supply Chain Finance and/or Procurement processes and requirements experience.
  • Experience with Program Management Material Program Management Procurement Contracts Finance Operations and/or Strategic Sourcing.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Procurement/supplier management experience.
  • Familiarity with Material Sales Forecasting EACs and Prime PBP forecasting.
  • Experience working in an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment.
  • Experience with CAM responsibility including cost and schedule management variance analysis and earned value management for assigned control accounts.

The salary range for this role is 107500 USD - 204500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
