Our established and growing dental practice is seeking a compassionate motivated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team on a part-time basis with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care has excellent communication skills and enjoys working in a positive team-oriented environment. Responsibilities
- Perform dental cleanings and preventive hygiene procedures
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Take and review dental X-rays
- Assist dentists with patient examinations and treatment planning
- Maintain accurate patient records and charting
- Ensure patient comfort and provide exceptional customer service
- Follow infection control and sterilization protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members
Qualifications
- Active Dental Hygienist license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in general dentistry preferred
- Knowledge of dental software and digital charting systems
- Friendly professional and patient-focused attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong organizational skills
