Job Description:
This role is part of our Management Internship/Co-op program. As an intern or co-op you will be given real responsibility from day one working with key stakeholders on important projects that deliver tangible business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing strategies within the team or organization.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new ideas techniques procedures services or products under guidance.
- Collaborate and network effectively within immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact and personal learning.
- Work under direct supervision following well-defined precedents and policies.
- Engage in learning opportunities and assist in change management initiatives for new processes under guidance.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing a degree in Bachelors degree or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
