Job Summary
Plastic Surgery - Reception Desk
This isnt a traditional front desk role. Reflections is looking to hire a full-time Plastic Surgery receptionist to join our St. Lukes team. *Must be flexible and able to travel between various St Lukes locations in the Tampa Bay Region (Tarpons Springs and Clearwater)* Were seeking a polished service-driven professional to shape the patient experience from the very first interaction. As the face of our practice you ensure every patient feels welcomed understood and confidently guided throughout their journey. The ideal candidate combines professionalism warmth and operational excellencesomeone who knows exceptional service lives in the details and sets the tone for every visit.
What You Will Do
Front Office Experience and Patient Flow
Manage patient check-in and check-out with accuracy and efficiency
Guide patients through their visit ensuring clarity on next steps so they feel informed and at ease
Support a smooth on-time flow of the daily schedule
Schedule consultations procedures and follow-ups with precision
Balance provider schedules while optimizing patient access and flow
Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively problem-solve
Answer phones with clarity confidence and professionalism
Collect payments in alignment with practice policies
Ensure patient demographics insurance and documentation are accurate and up to date
Qualifications
2 years of experience in a medical office aesthetic practice or customer-facing service role preferred
Experience with EMR systems preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation: $18 to $20 per hour.
Monday Friday 8am-4:30 p.m.
Weekends and Holidays off
