We are searching for aFull-TimeRecruitment Specialistto join our dynamic Recruitment Team to support recruitment for our New Brunswick Region. This role offers flexibility as the successful candidate can be based in Moncton Saint John Miramichi or Fredericton while maintaining strong regional connections.

About the Opportunity

As a key member of the Recruitment Team you will:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for frontlinepositions across New Brunswick
• Build strong partnerships with Hiring Managers to understand strategic objectives and hiring needs
• Develop and implement proactive recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Source candidates through innovative social media campaigns referral programs and community partnerships
• Act as a brand ambassador at job fairs conferences and networking events
• Work collaboratively with the Recruitment Assistantto ensure a smooth onboarding for all candidates
• Participate in process improvement initiatives

About You

You are a relationship builder a strategic thinker and a passionate advocate for great talent. You thrive in a role where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make an impact.

You bring:

• Post-Secondaryin Human Resources or a related field
• 13 years of recruitment experience ideally in a high-volume or fast-paced environment
• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in healthcare hospitality and/or a unionized environment (considered an asset)
• Great organizational skills adaptability and a solutions-focused mindset
• A proven ability to identify attract and engage candidates who are passionate about improving lives and supporting seniors in quality care environments
• Ability for occassional travel across New Brunswick
• Bilingualism in english and french is an asset
