Physical Therapist Site Lead
Job Summary
- Reduced productivity expectations to support leadership responsibilities
- Coverage responsibilities across two therapy sites - supervision of PTA staff at a sister location

- Serve as the primary rehabilitation communicator with the interdisciplinary team (IDT)
- Participate actively in daily clinical and operational meetings
- Support and mentor therapy staff including PTA supervision
- Promote a positive respectful and collaborative team culture
- Identify opportunities to improve therapy services and resident outcomes
- Assist with census growth initiatives and strengthen community relationships
- Collaborate with leadership to support operational and clinical goals across both locations
- Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for patient-centered care and team collaboration
- Ability to manage responsibilities across multiple sites
